Registered Nurse Court Diversion Clinician - Drug Court & MERIT Programs Mental Health Drug & Alcohol About the role An exciting opportunity has become available for a permanent part-time Registered Nurse to work within the team of the LHD Drug Court/MERIT team.
In this position, the clinician will provide specialist drug and alcohol services within court diversion programs (Adult Court and Magistrates Early Referral into Treatment) for clients presenting with substance use issues. Duties include providing evidence-based drug and alcohol assessment, case management, and counselling services to patients accessing the MERIT and Drug Court programs. The position will be assisting with participants on the Opioid Treatment program and working closely with their prescriber.
