About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating quality care for our residents, working closely with a dedicated team of clinical staff to deliver person-centered care.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead and inspire junior staff while ensuring care plans are tailored to the unique needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct clinical assessments, update care plans, and make appropriate referrals. Work collaboratively with residents to ensure care reflects their personal preferences. Lead and monitor care delivery to meet Aged Care Quality Standards. Support and mentor junior staff, including Enrolled Nurses. Facilitate training and development for team members as needed. Ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met, including personal care, medication administration, nutrition, mobility, and comfort. What We're Looking For: Registered Nurse experience, with AHPRA registration. Knowledge of the aged care sector and relevant standards (preferred). Strong leadership and teamwork skills with experience managing care teams. Experience in client assessments and developing person-centered care plans. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. A National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old). Up-to-date COVID and Flu Vaccinations (highly regarded).
