The Role:Launceston Community Nursing is a dynamic and proactive service that works together as a team in a supportive manner to enable clients to discharge from the acute service and return home as soon as possible. Care provided includes managing complex wounds, continence management, and palliative care.Working in the community gives you the time to care for your client in a meaningful and holistic manner.The team:Launceston Community Nursing Service is a vibrant and social team who enjoy seeing clients in the community. Our friendly and engaging team supports skill development and is interested in growing the service to meet community needs.
Details of appointment:Permanent, part-time, shift-worker position working 40 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Notwithstanding, hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Minimum Requirements:Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered NurseCurrent Driver's LicenceRegistration/licences that are essential requirements of this role must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role.
