As a Registered Nurse with an interest in Community Health, you'll be a key player in enhancing the wellbeing of our community. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with individuals and families, providing personalised care that truly makes a difference. Your day will involve assessing, planning, and implementing care, all while working closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals. Additionally, you'll provide health counselling, education, and screenings to support patient independence and promote health and wellbeing.
