Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible client experience, teamwork and standard of care Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making Your ability to work efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your role as well as prioritising your time effectively across your caseload Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights Current valid driver's license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
