The RN works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence based person centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes or a dignified death. It involves facilitating collaborative integrated care planning across acute and community based services. . This role is for a Fixed Term Part Time position until end of June 2025. What You Need
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers.• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. • Current Victorian Drivers Licence• Current Victorian Working with Children's check What Next
