About the role:
As a member of the Calvary Community Care team, you will deliver quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience for clients whilst at Calvary Community Care.
As a registered nurse you will work within a back to base model, supporting our clients across Launceston with their nursing care needs.
Your main duties will include:
Working as part of a team to deliver nursing assessments, clinical care and evaluations
Supporting the Home Care clients with their clinical needs including clinical care plan reviews
About you:
A Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering clinical care and management to our elders in their homes
Bachelor of Nursing
Current AHPRA Registration
Drivers licence
First Aid Level 2 & CPR
