You will provide a range of services to our valued clients, including:Providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home nursing care, including wound and catheter care and insertion.Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.Working remotely throughout your community.Ensure efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.About You:Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine desire to support our clients to live their lives to the fullest.MUST HAVE! Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).A minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a focus on aged care.Experience with continence assessments, catheter insertion/care and wound care.Genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly.Organisation, negotiation, and communication skills.A current unrestricted driver's license and a love for being on the road.Proficient in MS Office and client management software.About us:As a not-for-profit, you can rest assured knowing that we're always giving right back to those who need it most.We actively seek to include, welcome and value the unique contributions of all people.
