Location:We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Community to provide care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals within the community.
The Role: Launceston Community Nursing is a dynamic and proactive service that works together as a team in a supportive manner to enable clients to discharge from the acute service and return home as soon as possible. Care provided includes but is not limited to managing complex wounds, continence management and palliative care.Working in the community gives you the time to care for your client in a meaningful and holistic manner.Come and join our team and develop your nursing skills in subacute and chronic care.The team: Launceston Community Nursing Service is a vibrant and social team who enjoy seeing clients in the community. Our friendly and engaging team is supportive of developing skills and interested in growing the service to meet the needs of the community.

Details of appointment: Fixed term, part time position, working up to 64 hours per fortnight, commencing 13 December 2024 until 13 December 2025.

Salary: $75,902 to $102,908 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
