The Smithton District Hospital and Community Health Centre are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse - Community to join their team.
The Role: The Registered Nurse – Community:
Strengthens health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals within the defined community practice area. The Team: Smithton District Hospital (SDH) and Community Health Centre is a small sub-acute public hospital situated in Smithton, Tasmania, serving the entire Circular Head region with a catchment population of 8,000.
Details of appointment: Permanent, part time, shift worker position, working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing from November 2024.

Salary: $75,902 to $102,908 pro rata, per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
