$41.17 to $50.68 per hour The Grampians Health Haemodialysis team are looking for Nurses to join the team within the Wimmera Cancer Centre.
About the Role The Clinical Patient Care Specialist will provide direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care in line with organisational policies.
You'll monitor patient progress, deliver appropriate interventions, and maintain safety standards.
This role also includes accurate documentation and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills.
Open 6 days per week with 2 shifts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 1 shift on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Key Responsibilities Deliver individualised nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team based on patient needs Ensure care aligns with individual patient assessments and healthcare requirements Communicate effectively with medical, nursing, and allied health staff regarding patient care Provide patient-centred care and encourage active participation from patients, carers, and families Supervise and provide feedback to junior nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and nursing students in clinical practice Skills & Experience Essential: • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration • Excellent communication and problem solving skills • Commitment to continuous quality improvement, customer service and patient centred care • Proficiency in the use of information technology Desirable: • Clinical skills relevant to haemodialysis nursing • Haemodialysis Postgraduate qualifications • However training and education will be provided to the right candidate To see a full copy of the Position Description please click here Interested?
