As a Registered Nurse/Clinical Nurse, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults living with mental illness.
Your role will encompass conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, providing therapeutic interventions and promoting recovery and wellbeing.
To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional communication skills, a genuine empathy for vulnerable populations and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of clinical practice.
Proficiency in working collaboratively within a team environment is essential, as you will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, community services and support networks.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered as a Nurse by the Nursing/Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and hold a current practicing certificate.
You must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
