This will include the Clinical Coach Portfolio, with active involvement in clinical education; clinical leadership and management; safety and quality; and practice development.Contributes to positive client outcomes by facilitating the competence and confidence of novice clinicians via clinical coaching.Is an experienced member of the Scrub/Scout Nursing team with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the role.Supports the clinical skills development of novice and experienced members of the scrub/scout nursing team.The Team:The Scrub/Scout Nursing team works as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality care to patients/clients during the intraoperative phase of their elective and emergency surgical procedures.Details of appointment:Multiple permanent, full-time or part-time, shift worker (fully rotational) positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.Salary: $75,902 - $102,908 per annum (Pro rata).
