This will include the Clinical Coach Portfolio, with active involvement in clinical education; clinical leadership and management; safety and quality; and practice development.Contributes to positive client outcomes by facilitating the competence and confidence of novice clinicians via clinical coaching.Is an experienced member of the Scrub/Scout Nursing team with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the role.Supports the clinical skills development of novice and experienced members of the scrub/scout nursing team.The Team:The Scrub/Scout Nursing team works as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality care to patients/clients during the intraoperative phase of their elective and emergency surgical procedures.Details of appointment:Multiple permanent, full-time or part-time, shift worker (fully rotational) positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.Salary: $75,902 - $102,908 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Services) Agreement 2023.You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:Professional Development Allowance of up to $500 per annum.Access to the Grade 4 salary range $96,558 - $102,908 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4.Payment of $15,000 staged over three years is available for Nurses and Midwives who move to Tasmania from interstate and remain employed full-time for three years or more, on top of relocation allowance already available.Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.Benefits available to eligible candidates:Travel and relocation assistance support available up to $15,000 for eligible appointees.Professional development and accelerated pathways.Excellent leave benefits: 20 days annual leave (pro rata), 20 days personal leave (pro rata), and study assistance leave if eligible.Fitness Passport – You, and your family can access 40+ fitness facilities across Tasmania for just $13.95 per week per person, or $25.95 for a family.Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria.Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse and/or a Registered Midwife (for midwifery settings only).Application Process:Applicants are encouraged to review the Statement of Duties and Applicant Guide prior to applying for an overview of the duties, program, selection process, and application guidance.Apply Online.
