We are offering an exciting opportunity for a fixed-term, full-time role for 12 months, based at Epworth Geelong, Waurn Ponds. In this role, you will assist the interventionists in procedures and provide care for patients post-interventions. You will be part of a team that performs complex cardiac and vascular interventions who will report to the Cath Lab Manager.
You will make an impact by: Providing high quality nursing care and experience to patients. Utilising a reflective, critical thinking and evidence-based approach to the clinical care of patients. Working collaboratively with fellow members of a multidisciplinary team. Working with an interdisciplinary team, you demonstrate a strong, supportive and engaging communication style.
You will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience: Trained in scrubbing and scouting for Cathlab procedures. Cardiac, vascular and radiology experience desirable. A post graduate qualification in Critical Care or Interventional Cardiology (desirable).
