Key functions include: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with patients, families, staff and VMOs from diverse backgrounds and culturesProviding exceptional customer service and person-centred and evidence-based careProviding supervision and preceptorship to Enrolled Nurses, graduates, AINs/PSAs and studentsWorking as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team, managing own work time and personal well-beingParticipating in quality improvement projects to support best practice outcomesAbout You You will be an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys working in a supportive multidisciplinary environment across multiple specialities and has an understanding of patient care in a private hospital setting.
