About the role Mater Hospital Mackay are seeking expressions of interest from experienced and passionate Registered Nurses who are interested in opportunities within the Mater on a casual basis.
Please note this role will require availability to work all shifts types across a 24/7 roster.
Salary range: $39.61 - 53.30 (RN1) per hour plus superannuation and access to salary packaging up to $15,900 What you'll be doing As a Registered Nurse you will work to support the needs of staff within many clinical areas of Mater Hospital Mackay. You will need to hold a diverse range of experience and skills along with strong patient-centric care approach.
About you Accordingly, it is expected that the successful applicant will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (without restriction)Flexibility to perform in various wards, adaptability to seamlessly integrate into different teams and work under different NUMsCommitment to excellence in nursing practice and professional developmentDemonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary teamBasic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systemsConsistent availability to complete shifts at short notice and be available to work across a 24/7 roster including overnights, weekends and public holidays in accordance with the rosterMater is Queensland's largest and most innovative not-for-profit healthcare service, providing care for almost 700,000 patients a year across a network of 11 hospitals.
