Located within 90 minutes proximity to the Australian Capital Territory (Canberra) and close to the regional city of Wagga Wagga, as well as being near the wine-producing regions of the Hilltops and Riverina, Harden is an ideal base for exploring a diverse range of nearby experiences and landscapes.What you will do:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representativesDevelopment and evaluation of individualised resident care plansSupervise and support Personal Care WorkersClinical care including wound management, palliative care, and medication managementLiaison with medical and allied health care staffPositive resident experience through a resident-centered approachYou must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.Who are you and what will you bring?Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essentialMinimum 1 year experience in providing clinical care in Aged CareStrong verbal and written communication skillsHold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)Please note - Covid Vaccinations are NO longer a requirementBe passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to careInterested?
