About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will be joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team, providing clinical nursing support and services to people with disability in shared housing in Emu Plains.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting people with disabilities and high medical needs and will have flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster which includes a variety of 6 to 10 hour shifts (including active nights).
Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating client and clinical servicesDeliver quality care for people with disabilityConduct health care assessmentsDevelop and monitor health care plansObserve and report changes in clients health and living needsSupervise, train and support assistant nurses in supporting clientsSkills & Experience A degree in nursingCurrent AHPRA registrationFirst Aid and CPR CertificateExperience supporting people with disabilities and high medical needsAbility to build and maintain positive relationshipsFlexibility to work around a 24/7 rosterSuccessful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
