Remuneration Value: $41.66 - $53.55 p/ hr + 11.5% Super + $15,900 NFP Salary Packaging Value + Shift Penalties/Allowances + Discounted Onsite Parking

Your part in St Andrew's War Memorial:
As part of our Cardiothoracic / Thoracic / Vascular team, you will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
You'll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Demonstrates application of the principles of clinical and workplace risk management.Applies sound clinical practice which ensures a safe environment and promotes optimal patient health.Effectively exchanges information regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care.Achieves optimum patient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care.Achieves optimal patient outcomes through appropriate allocation of staff and delegation of work and uses effective communication skills.Exercises authority through appropriate decision making.Utilises customer service principles to exceed customer expectations.Undertake other duties as required/directed as service needs change or grow, consistent with the above and within the scope of the position and any other legal or industrial obligations.What makes a difference for us?
