About the role This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Community Health team to provide Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. The Cardiopulmonary Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of a high standard of clinical services to clients of the Orange Health Service Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Programs; by providing comprehensive assessment and management of clients with a focus on goal-oriented self-management models of care, delivered within a Primary Health Care framework.
