We are currently seeking confident, experienced Registered Nurses to join our Brightwater Birralee team.
A 60-bed facility based in Innaloo, Birralee is a suburban home supporting 30 permanent residents and 30 transition care clients.
On offer are secure regular part-time and casual opportunities to cover planned and unplanned leave.
The Role: This position forms part of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for, and with, clients of Brightwater Care Group.
This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home-like environment.
The ideal candidate would be available to cover all required NIGHT DUTY shifts: WED, THUR and FRI 23:00pm - 07:15am To be successful, you will possess the following attributes: Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Deliver a strong clinical care service Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences Demonstrate the ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old) A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check Interested in working with more than one site?
