If you share our commitment to compassion, hope, and inclusiveness, this is an opportunity to make a real difference.This role is Permanent Part-Time working 54 hours per fortnight at our St Georges Care Centre – Bayswater.Week 1 & 2: Wednesday to Saturday 1500-2215Key responsibilities:Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessmentsSafely administer medication to residentsFalls management and preventionComplete documentation for residents ensuring accurate care planning and relevant supporting documentsSupervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basisProviding ongoing coaching, mentoring to the care staffComply with Occupational Health and Safety in accordance to Aged Care Standards and Risk ManagementAbout youAs a Registered Nurse, you will foster meaningful, positive relationships with our residents while using your expertise to guide the team towards excellent care outcomes, aligned with Quality-of-Care Principles.
