As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include: Deliver evidence based nursing careLiaise with the multi-disciplinary teamEnsure patient and staff safetySupervise, direct and guide nursing team members to deliver patient careDeliver education to new staff and studentsDeliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needsNational Capital Private Hospital Angiography Unit is a busy department servicing the ACT and surrounding regions. This dynamic and team orientated unit assists in a variety of cardiac procedures, including coronary angiograms, coronary angioplasties, electrophysiological studies, radiofrequency ablations, pacemaker implantations and other cardiac device insertions. Each day with the Angiography team here at National Capital is unique with abundant opportunities for learning, clinical skill enhancement and career development.
Minimum Requirements: Current Registration with AHPRAPost Graduate Certificate in Cardiology Nursing (or working towards)Commitment to Quality Patient CareCompliance with ACQSHC National standardsSound clinical decision making and problem solving skillsWorks well independently and within a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsBasic computer skillsWhy Healthscope?

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - ACT Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement 2022, a salary ranging from 39.88 - $53.89 per hour.
