We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities: Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate, and personalised. Deliver care following the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse). Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly. Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly. Conduct Nursing Assessments. Skills & Experience: Community nursing experience would be an advantage. Subacute and disability experience. Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations. Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours. Diabetes management experience. Dementia experience would be an advantage. Leadership experience is an advantage.
