Nurse Next Door is a certified Great Place to Work. We are looking to build our care team with experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses who can work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

We are dedicated to delivering flexible in-home nursing care options to those in the Aged Care and Disability sector, ranging from 24/7 care to one-hour visits for wound care or diabetes management.

We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate, and personalised.Deliver care following the client's care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.Conduct Nursing Assessments.Skills & Experience Community nursing experience is an advantage.Subacute and disability experience.Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours.Diabetes management experience.Dementia experience is an advantage.Leadership experience is an advantage.Benefits "Making Lives Better" Employee Rewards program (A Wellness program including discounts and cash back at hundreds of retailers).Flexible working hours.Career development opportunities.Work with a supportive and dynamic team.Mandatory Requirements Passionate about making a difference.A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for own behaviour and success.Coachable.AHPRA Registration.Registered or Enrolled Nurse.CPR & First Aid Certification.Car & Valid Driver's License.National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector).Working With Children Check.NDIS Worker Screening Approval.NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
