Work between all areas in DOSA - Admissions, Pre-op Hold & 2nd/3rd Stage RecoveryPreparing patients undergoing day procedures before their entry into theatreDischarging patients post-procedure and providing education on what to expect.Ensure high-quality care is delivered to our patients.Opportunity to upskill and gain Cannulation experience.Flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster, including morning, afternoon and evening shifts, is critical for this role.
About you Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (IV qualified)Recent 2 years clinical experience with current experience in Day Surgery, Surgical or Medical WardsCandidates with cannulation experience & recent practice will be highly regarded, however this position will also provide the opportunity to upskill in this area.
Remuneration A base hourly rate, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
$35.78 - $39.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD EEN level 1-2 gr1-gr6)
$41.89 - $54.01 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife gr2-gr8)
