About the role Brisbane Private Hospital is currently looking for experienced Anaesthetics Registered Nurses to join our team on either a casual, part time or full time basis. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care.
Shift times for this role vary including 6 and 10-hour day shifts starting at 6:30 am, 8-hour evening shifts starting at 12:30 pm, and an option for twilight evening shifts from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm. On-call duties are required on weeknights and weekends.
Your duties will include Delivering excellent service and care to patientsLiaising within a multi-disciplinary teamProven ability to work well within a teamEnsuring patient and staff safetySound knowledge of theatre equipment and safe use practicesPossessing organisational skills and completing documentation to a high standardAdhering to Healthscope and site policies and procedures, contributing to the efficient, effective and economic running of the perioperative serviceBachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalentCurrent Registration with AHPRAMinimum 2 years Post Graduate experience in AnaestheticsCommitment to Quality Patient CareSound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsWorks well independently and within a teamCompliance with ACQSHC National StandardsRemuneration: If you are successful for this role, you will receive a salary based on the current nursing Enterprise Agreement: the "Healthscope - Queensland - Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2021" (salaries range between $39.66 - $52.97/hr for Registered Nurses).
