Role Overview: The organisation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their dynamic team.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
The nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, including medication management and wound care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Monitor and assess residents' health status and report any changes.
Provide support and education to residents and their families.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
Previous experience in aged care is essential Working rights and Valid Visa ( no sponsorship is on offer ) Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged care standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
