This is a good opportunity for a Registered Nurse wanting to transition to a hospital setting or expand their clinical experience.
Working in the Aged Care team will allow you to meet the needs of staff, patients, and their families whilst working in a diverse team demonstrating CORE values whilst providing exceptional person-centered care.
This imperative role will see you provide safe and effective patient-centred nursing care to the patients/clients and carers of the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District.
You will involve patients and their carers in planning care to meet their needs and ensure that all patient's nutritional intake is well monitored and patients are supported at meal times.
