The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to residents in a large aged care facility located in the Bundaberg region.
You'll receive ongoing guidance and support from your Care Manager, ensuring your success in the role.

Responsibilities: Lead, educate, and mentor the clinical team to deliver exceptional care Deliver person-centred care in accordance with organisational policies and guidelines Demonstrate strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities in clinical and care service delivery Manage workplace dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents Key Candidate Requirements: AHPRA registration Bachelor's degree in nursing Valid National Police Check Proven experience in Aged Care, including dementia and managing challenging behaviours Familiarity with clinical documentation systems (e.g.
