Responsibilities Lead, educate, and mentor the clinical team to deliver exceptional care Deliver person-centred care in accordance with organisational policies and guidelines Demonstrate strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities in clinical and care service delivery Manage workplace dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents Key Candidate Requirements AHPRA registration Bachelor's degree in nursing Valid National Police Check Proven experience in Aged Care, including dementia and managing challenging behaviours Familiarity with clinical documentation systems (e.g.
