This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team and become an integral part of the local community.Position Available:Cohuna District Hospital has permanent positions available for Registered Nurses in Acute Care.Requirements for Consideration:Current AHPRA registrationRegistered Nurses must have a minimum of two years experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to ongoing professional developmentFull working rights in AustraliaThe Hospital:The hospital has 12 Acute beds, and includes a 2 bed Urgent Care Centre, a 3 chair Dialysis Unit, and a Day Procedure Unit (utilised weekly). Additionally, there is a co-located 16 bed Residential Aged Care facility on the premises. The nursing team at the hospital works collaboratively to ensure the best quality care for their local community. Currently, a major building project is underway, which will add a new Theatre, Acute ward, and Residential Aged Care facility upon its completion in late 2024.The Community:Moving to Cohuna offers a peaceful change of pace and a high quality of life.
