John L Grove rehabilitation is based on the social model of care where transition to premorbid or alternative lifestyle is a priority when planning, implementing, and evaluating the over care of a patient.The multidisciplinary rehabilitation team (MDT) at John L Grove consists of Registered and Enrolled Nurses, operational staff, various allied health professionals, pharmacist, medical registrar. The Rehabilitation physician guides and directs the medical care of the patients in this unit.Registered Nurse at John L Gove rehabilitation unit collaborates with MDT to plan, implement, and evaluate high quality, rehabilitation focused and patient centred care to the patients with various rehabilitation needs.The Role:The Registered Nurse:Strengthens health outcomes through the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals.
