Our mission includes providing specialist support for people living with complex needs related to mental health, dementia, and aging within a mainstream residential aged care environment.Positions Available:Night Shift: 75 hours per fortnightA combination of shifts: 60-75 hours per fortnight (a mix of day, afternoon and night shifts)In these roles, you will play a crucial part in coordinating care, with responsibilities that include clear and effective communication with Allied Healthcare Professionals, our team, residents, their families, and other stakeholders.Why Join Us?
