Registered Migration Agent

You must have a Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN) to apply Reporting to the Directors of the business, your primary role will be to manage visa applications, provide visa consultation to clients, and analyze the potential applications for possible visa options.
There are opportunities to work on applications, appeals, and judicial reviews.Your Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate advice to stakeholders regarding visa options, compliance, cancellations, and citizenship.Manage visa cases from start to finish, including preparation, submission, and closure for predominantly skilled visas, employer nominated visas, and other visas.Prepare, lodge, and follow up applications and/or submissions to AAT or the Department of Home Affairs for visa cancellations/refusals.Be the main contact for all applicant queries.Utilize the internal software platform for case progress and maintain up-to-date client records in line with the MARA Code of Conduct.Your Skills and Experience:Must have current work experience.
A second language will be an advantage.
