We are seeking a consultant to join our growing corporate migration business.
The successful candidate will be joining a supportive, and passionate team of professionals.
About the role: Working independently, you will manage a range of cases and apply your legal research skills to provide immigration advice to clients on visa eligibility, compliance and other migration matters alongside developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
The role requires a comprehensive working knowledge of the Migration Act and Migration Regulations, and related legislation and policy.
About You: The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification and be a Registered Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) or the ability to work as an Immigration Lawyer.
