Based at Hyde Park, this is a permanent, full-time position where you will work across a range of areas including Birth Suites, Postnatal, Antenatal and Special Care Nursery.
Salary range: $41.47 - $53.30 (Registered Nurse Level 1) per hour plus superannuation and salary packaging + an increase on 1 July 2024 What you'll be doing Key responsibilities and duties include:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse/Midwife (no restrictions)Minimum of 12 months' experience full-time equivalent clinical experience working as a Registered Nurse/MidwifeExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of different stakeholders both internally and externallyDemonstrated ability to operate both in a team environment and autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning and strong listening, negotiation and decision-making skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsCommitment to ensuring the levels of service is delivered to patients at all timesMater is Queensland's largest and most innovative not-for-profit healthcare service, providing care for almost 700,000 patients a year across a network of 11 hospitals.
