As a Clinical Development Midwife (CDM), you will deliver educational support across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, including an intensive transition to practice program for new graduates. You will work within your full midwifery scope across all maternity areas, supported by the Clinical Support Midwife and Managers.
With the expansion of our maternity services, including a dedicated Maternity Assessment Unit and Early Pregnancy Unit, we offer exciting opportunities for experienced midwives to join our dynamic team. CHWC provides specialized maternity, neonatology, and pediatric services for approximately 3,800 women annually, focusing on woman and family-centred care.
As a Level 2 Registered Clinical Development Midwife, you will lead in midwifery education, promoting excellence in clinical practice while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and consumers.
