Registered Manager Children'S Home

We are currently recruiting for a Children's Home Manager for a new children's home based in Leeds.
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday - Friday.
The package on offer is top end market rate of up to 72,000. Duties of the Children's Home Registered Manager include:
Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBDBuild and develop staff teamManage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support WorkersEnsure the service meets OFSTED standardsManage recruitment and staffingWork with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and proceduresManage quality assuranceManage budgetPackage: A competitive salary of up to 60,000+ 5,000 in welcome bonuses+ up to 10% performance bonusesRequirements: Full UK driving licenceCompleted Level 5 Residential ChildcareExperience within an EBD SettingQCF 3 in Children and young people's workforce (children's social care pathway) or equivalent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
