MINIMUM 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE Registered Nurse (ED) Multiple Dates Available Commencing 8th July – 31st September Duties
Your duties will involve assessing patients' needs, planning, implementing, and coordinating appropriate service delivery options and communicating changes in condition and care. This will include recognising and responding to clinical deterioration or other incidents and escalating appropriately. You will also monitor client care plans and participate in clinical auditing and evaluative research to ensure appropriate patient care outcomes are achieved.
