What you'll be doing:The opportunity exists for a vibrant individual who is a highly skilled, experienced (minimum two years) and a confident operator. A person who is capable of managing files autonomously from instruction through to settlement. The full-time role will comprise tasks typical to those of a Conveyancer/ File Manager, such as:
Managing residential, commercial and business conveyancing transactions;Managing Land Divisions (experience is essential for this role);Preparation of settlement statements;Drafting of LTO documents;Attending settlements when necessary;Preparing and checking Form 1 Statements and invoices;Liaising with all relevant parties throughout property transactions; Conveyancers, financial institutions, real estate agents, brokers, etc.;Work as part of a genuine and hard-working team who get the job done together.What you'll bring to the table:A positive, friendly and can-do attitude;Driven to be proactive in day-to-day tasks;Can adapt to change as our office is always evolving and adapting new ideas;Excellent organisational & time management skills;Sound communication skills;The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients;Be a team player;Sound computing skills & a strong attention to detail;The ability to manage tight timeframes & deadlines;Works well under pressure.If you think you have the required skills, an appetite for growth and would be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you.
