What you'll be doing: The opportunity exists for a vibrant individual who is a highly skilled, experienced (minimum two years), and a confident operator.
A person who is capable of managing files autonomously from instruction through to settlement.
The full-time role will comprise tasks typical to those of a Conveyancer/File Manager, such as:
Managing residential, commercial, and business conveyancing transactions;Managing Land Divisions (experience is essential for this role);Preparation of settlement statements;Drafting of LTO documents;Attending settlements when necessary;Preparing and checking Form 1 Statements and invoices;Liaising with all relevant parties throughout property transactions; Conveyancers, financial institutions, real estate agents, brokers, etc.
