The Role Group Four are currently looking for a full-time VBA registered Building Inspector to service the West region of Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the Inspections Team Leader, you will be responsible for completing onsite mandatory inspections in accordance with approved documentation, with service and delivery synonymous with Group Four Building Surveyors.
Your role will entail (but is not limited to):
Assist and participate in staff training to building inspectorsCoordinate with staff to ensure timely completion of all inspectionsConduct mandatory inspections to a high standard & maintain consistency and care following all proceduresBe punctual and maintain thorough and timely communication with customers and the teamProcess inspection results for each job and ensure all results are completed by end of same dayRespond positively and punctually within specified timelines to customer and staff requestsAssist in marketing sales and client services to grow the businessCarry out both mandatory and quality assurance inspectionsAbout You Must be able to conduct inspections regularly in the Geelong region and surrounding suburbsRegistered with the VBA (Victorian Building Authority) as a Limited InspectorHigh energy / high performing team memberStrong technical skillsDeliver exceptional service by demonstrating 'easy to do business with' behavioursAble to service the West and Inner West regions of MelbourneAbout Us Group Four Building Surveyors is one of Australia's largest building permit and certification providers to the residential and project builder markets.
