The Role Group Four are currently looking for a full-time VBA registered Building Inspector to service the West region of Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the Inspections Team Leader, you will be responsible for completing onsite mandatory inspections in accordance with approved documentation, with service and delivery synonymous with Group Four Building Surveyors.
Your role will entail (but is not limited to):
Assist and participate in staff training to building inspectors Coordinate with staff to ensure timely completion of all inspections Conduct mandatory inspections to a high standard & maintain consistency and care following all procedures Be punctual and maintain thorough and timely communication with customers and the team Process inspection results for each job and ensure all results are completed by end of same day Respond positively and punctually within specified timelines to customer and staff requests Assist in marketing sales and client services to grow the business Carry out both mandatory and quality assurance inspections About You Must be able to conduct inspections regularly in the Geelong region and surrounding suburbs Registered with the VBA (Victorian Building Authority) as a Limited Inspector High energy / high performing team member Strong technical skills Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating 'easy to do business with' behaviours Able to service the West and Inner West regions of Melbourne About Us Group Four Building Surveyors is one of Australia's largest building permit and certification providers to the residential and project builder markets.
