About the Role We are looking for dedicated professionals who can be leaders and key team members on residential, social housing, heritage/conservation and government projects amongst others. The roles offer great opportunity to take ownership of diverse projects while having the support of the Directors, Associates and other team members.
You will have the following attributes: Minimum 7 years (Project Leads) and 5 years (Architects post-graduate experienceMasters in Architecture degreeAdvanced ArchiCAD/Revit skills Experience with heritage places is highly valued Contract documentation and detailing skills are essentialA good working knowledge of NCC, and other relevant Australian StandardsAn ability to work independently with clients and consultantsExcellent organisational and time management skillsDuties and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities within this role include assisting the current team of Architects with all stages of projects from concept to construction, including designing, documenting, preparing and presenting to Directors, clients and relevant stakeholders as well as contract administration.
Excellent design skillsPreparation of documentation for DA and Tendering/ConstructionCoordinate with consultants, engineers, councils, certifiers and clients.Able to manage time relative to set Architectural fees for projectsEngage in collaborative design process with Directors and others.Oversee projects from start to completionSalary range Salary is negotiable based upon experience.
