About the Role Our team at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital is seeking experienced Anaesthetic nurses to join our team. Reporting to our Perioperative Manager, you will work with the support and guidance of the Manager and Theatre Team to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered.
Duties and responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to: Maintaining a high level of nursing care to all patients within the unitAssessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating the care delivery needs of patients;Monitoring the condition of patients during procedures and reporting changes to relevant manager and Anaesthetist / Surgeon / Physician.Your Skills and Experience Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Enrolled NurseIV Qualified Enrolled NurseMinimum one (1) year relevant nursing experience in an acute care / perioperative environment is essential.Any post graduate perioperative qualifications will be well regarded.Excellent understanding of infection control principlesWilling to work in a cohesive and caring teamRemuneration On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: Registered Nurse: $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE $72,420.40- $101,704.72]
Enrolled Nurse (medication Endorsed): $32.96 - $35.88 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1-thereafter) [FTE $65,128.96 - $70,898.88]
