About the Role: We are now seeking a full time permanent Regional Warehouse Supervisor to work across all of our sites, providing support through system and process training and implementing best practices for warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities: Regular travel to support BUMA projects, which may involve providing labour coverageProvide expert leadership, system and process training, mentoring and supervision to warehouse staffOversee and rectify where necessary the receipting, inventory control and despatch of goods across each projectConduct regular audits of inventory management, inspection protocols, safety standards, chain of responsibility, hazardous materials management and tooling oversight, implementing improvements where gaps are identifiedOversee, support and deliver warehouse and inventory improvement projects, including mobilisation and demobilisation as necessaryMaintain records, reporting relevant information and preparing required documentationEnsure adherence of regional teams to best practice warehouse standards and compliance with health and safety regulationsCommunicate and coordinate warehousing updates and issues regularly with key departments and suppliersEnsure compliance with BUMA's policies and proceduresMonitor and implement warehousing best practices and KPIs as defined by BUMA and industryMaintain auditable and legible documentationEnsure all statutory requirements are fulfilled in the stores' areas of the projectAbout You: Supply and Logistics qualificationsMinimum 4 years' experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management positionStrong inventory management and warehouse management experienceSAP knowledgeProficiency in ExcelTime management skills and the ability to delegateExcellent leadership and organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWorking at BUMA: BUMA Australia is a people-focused business, with a strong focus on safety, training, development and continuous improvement.
