We are seeking a dedicated Regional Transport Supervisor to oversee our milk tanker fleet operations across our two sites at Leongatha and Maffra.
In this role, you will manage a team of drivers and transport lead, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, driving continuous improvement across our inbound logistics operations.
How you will make contributions that matter: Lead and manage driver teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation and compliance with fatigue laws.
Develop, coach, and mentor driver team members, fostering a skilled and technically competent workforce.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth milk collection and distribution.
Promote a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations.
Engage with stakeholders to support operational excellence and sustainable logistics practices.
About you: Certificate III in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or a related field is desirable.
Proven leadership experience in logistics, with a strong track record of managing people and operations.
Knowledge of industry regulations, including CoR, Mass Management, and Fatigue policies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
