This job offer is not available in your country.Environment & Sustainability Consulting (Consulting & Strategy)Full timeRED OHMS Group is a leading national consultancy specialising in occupational hygiene, health and safety, environment and hazardous materials services, training, support, and solutions for our clients.We are a growing vibrant business with a national footprint in hazmat, hygiene and environmental services and deep expertise in training and developing the next generation of hygiene and hazmat specialists.With offices in Perth, Sydney and Brisbane and through operational presence in key business locations across Australia, we provide specialist advisory and consulting services to clients in resources, oil / gas, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, education, infrastructure, and federal / state / local government sectors.The Opportunity :The Regional Team Lead role is a newly created role to lead a diverse, qualified and experienced team of hazardous materials specialists in our WA operations.This role is based in Perth and relocation support is available for the right candidate!About You :You are passionate about the industry and leading a team that is diverse, engaged and seeking opportunities for professional development and growth.Having worked in the industry you are an experienced professional with proven experience in:Implementing business strategy for the unit to achieve planned operational and financial objectives.Identifying and defining client needs and requirements in order to create effective scope of services to offer.Developing and executing successful bid management and quotations for delivery of service to clients.Planning and directing the delivery of projects and services with your team of consultants and technicians.Providing leadership and coaching the performance of the team to achieve their operational objectives.Acting as a mentor and champion for their own team to help their professional development and support growth aspirations.Leading client and account management activities to identify and build ongoing business relationships.Leading and directing improvements in engagement delivery and performance.Working in interdisciplinary and interdepartmental contexts to identify and execute organisation wide initiatives to improve ways of working.You will bring the following to the role :10 plus years of relevant experience in hygiene or hazardous materials sector with focus on asbestos.Relevant qualifications and certifications.
