This Regional Support Manager encompasses the completion of specific business and people development objectives and related regional activities using strong management, leadership and organisational skills.
The role also has an important function in assisting the Residence Managers to improve the operational and business performance of the company.
The role requires travelling across Arcare VIC (commissioning) residences.
Skills and Experience Previous Regional Support Management experience supporting commissioning sites (desirable)Sound experience in working in aged care or Human Services fieldRegistered Nurse Division OneCurrent registration with AHPRADemonstrated experience in operational management including Human Resources, people leadership and motivation, budgeting, service delivery and facility maintenanceDemonstrated experience in project managementBroad understanding of legislation, regulations and requirements, and issues affecting aged careAbility to empower staff to accept responsibility through effective guidance and support.Solutions focused -excellent problem solving and analytical skillsGood communicator, authentic and passionateAbility to respect the role and contribution of others in your teamProvide leadership, encourage and promote relationship buildingExcellent computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet)A current Australian Drivers LicenseReady to Apply It really is our people and culture that set us apart, with our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
